I had the best time doing my level 6 with Josh. Brilliant teacher, willing to adjust teaching style to what you need and above all prioritise sharing the joy of skiing with others through building your confidence and skills set that will suit for years to come while you progress in skiing. I've been to this place a couple of times now and always had great time.

Day Ski lesson - with brilliant instructor Aaron
Had a beginner day ski lesson at Castleford which was absolutely brilliant. Aaron our instructor was great, very knowledgeable and tailored the session to us really well.
Can’t believe how much I learnt in just one day, left me feeling super confident and decide to book in lesson 5 and 6 to get myself to parallel!
To my surprise I again was treated with Aaron as my instructor and sure enough by the end of the session I was skiing fully parallel including the hockey stop at the bottom of the slope which I was desperate to be able to do!
Time to practice before France now!

I was employed as a chef at snozone as a chef.worst experience ever.I think you have more management then actually employees.the food and beverage manager rob is the worst boss ever.I had a Incident where the Panini machine was very Faulty and I have reported it time ofter time.went to work one Sunday morning only to have the panini machine fell on my rite hand.I was given a burn patch to put on my hand.I literally had to ask to fill out the Accident form.it’s like they expected me to work with a 1st° burn.I decided to get a Enjoy solicitor involved.when they were ask if I had reported the Faulty Panini machine.the solicitor informed me that all the people I had spoke to about the machine had Deny me ever saying anything to them.these people are unprofessional dishonest and has no Moral compass,no wonder they can’t fine anyone to work for them.and soon as they fine someone people is always leaving because they treat they Employees like crop.the worst place to work

First time skier!
Today I had the most wonderful Beginners Ski Course day, instructed by Callum.
We were luckily a slightly smaller group of 6 (apparently the maximum is 8) which meant we had a bit more attention and less time wasted!
This day was so much fun. Callum was so friendly and chatty - but so super knowledgeable to the point where it felt fun to learn?? All whilst feeling safe!
I was terrified prior, and warned the group about my terrible balance. Luckily I didn’t fall at all during the day! And I truly believe it’s down to the way this day was broken up into sections - properly breaking down each bit when it comes to learning how to ski so you don’t have to panic. Any time I felt wobbly I knew exactly what to do to secure myself and slow down!
The other ski lessons that go on throughout the day (other groups I mean) really weren’t much of a bother. Callum called them “cones” which made it more fun and challenging to learn to ski around people who were standing / had fallen! The other instructors that I overheard teaching sounded super funny and friendly.
I’ve now already booked onto my level 4&5, and Plough to Parallel course. I hope to have Callum again as an instructor as I really enjoyed the way he taught us - but regardless I feel overall really confident that I’ll come out of these lessons a confident skier in time for my trip!
ONLY minus … the place is now cashless, yet the lockers require coins. Nowhere are the requirements for coins mentioned on the booking / email confirmations (which the woman at reception tried claiming it was mentioned in). I did have to break a note at a nearby kiosk (which I luckily had on me otherwise I would’ve been screwed with no locker to put my things/shoes in). Would have been good to have been warned about this in advance.. or perhaps something should be done to solve this (like tokens etc).
Otherwise incredible experience and can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks!

Voucher Expired
It wouldn't let me use my voucher online so I emailed and got a phone call back the same day.. The voucher had expired and that's why it wouldn't work online. In the end this was honored and John over the phone booked me in for lesson. Great and Smooth Customer service throughout.
Having not skied for 8 years following…
Having not skied for 8 years following an ACL injury, I decided to bite the bullet and have another go. I booked a private lesson with Wes at MK who got me from the nursery slope back onto the main slope in one session. He offered clear advice and instructions which resulted in my confidence returning and a further lesson booked to consolidate the first.

READ THE BOOKING TERMS CAREFULLY!
Today was our second attempt at sledging and it still hasn’t happened. When we arrived on Wednesday the kids weren’t allowed to sledge as they didn’t have helmets with them, it turns out they don’t hire them anymore. Although it does say this in the booking it isn’t clear and there is so much info that it got lost amongst it all. In the time I was at the desk two other families had made the same mistake… so it’s not just me being a bit thick.
They kindly rescheduled the kids for today. We arrived 45 mins beforehand as per booking, only to be told.. A) the kids (ages 11) aren’t allowed on without a parent (they didn’t tell me this when I spoke with the manager on Wednesday and they rebooked the kids without an adult!)… and B) oh, there’s no booking for you actually, it was mistakenly rebooked for Thursday, two days ago, so you’ve missed your booking.
What a shambles! Again, someone else at the desk was also having issues at the same time. They have now rebooked us for next Saturday but I’ve had upset kids twice this week because of this and right now, I don’t feel like risking it again.
BE CAREFUL when you book. Read the reams of terms and conditions and instructions very carefully - even print it out and highlight these things. It’s far too easy to make a mistake and end up being refused.
Ive never known anything else like it!

Great session/Snowzone MK/Rowan
Amazing sessions at Snozone.
We had booked for a combined snowboarding lesson, and were extremely impressed with the way they were conducted.
Rowan at Snozone, Milton Keynes is a credit to the company and due to his exceptional service - we will be back.

Great introduction to skiing.
Really enjoyable time learning how to ski - it's harder than it looks!
Our instructor, David, gave excellent feedback and guidance throughout the day, helping each of us progress safely and quickly.
Would strongly recommend the beginners day course to anyone interested in trying skiing - I was amazed to see by the end of the day how far we had all progressed from our initial baby steps at the bottom of the slope.
In short not a pleasant experience
After arriving 45 minutes prior to our session as requested on the booking confirmation, fully changed ready to ski due to lockers not being available also on the email, we lined up waiting to be booked in for 40minutes. After we were booked in we were told we weren’t allowed access unless we wore masks understandably! The only problem was we had left our masks in the car. After returning a further 10minutes later we were told we can’t be on our allocated slot due everyone being booked in ? this took a further 5 minutes to explain! Then we arrived to collect ski’s and boots and waited a further 20minutes to be told we would need a locker to store our shoes! This resulted in a further trip to the car for said £1 for the locker which we were told via email would be available. By this time ski and boot collection point had gone from 4 employees to 1. After a further wait of 20minutes I expressed my concerns to get the response it always like this and there is nothing I can do for you! Although I am now nearly 1Hr into my 2hr booking with by family and friends. At this point my wife returned her boots a request a manager to discuss our disappointments. He promised a card refund for her session after a lengthy debate! For us to find a voucher email not a refund as promised when we returned home. Also once through booking desk the masks are a distant memory and not policed, even with employees ?
In short not a pleasant experience, they undervalue their customer and the staff come across not very empowered or supportive of the organisation.

Make sure you read the T&Cs carefully
Despite carefully checking the "What equipment do I need" section of the website FAQ, as well as reading through the email instructions sent beforehand, there was absolutely ZERO indication that children under 16 *MUST* wear a helmet in order to ski. After returning home, I checked the T&Cs buried deep in the small print of the website and it does indeed say that kids need the helmets, but it really should have been made clear elsewhere. So upon arrival, I was forced to spend an extra £60 to BUY 4 helmets on the spot otherwise forfeit the ~£200 pounds I spent on lift tickets (I know £15 is cheap for a helmet, but now I'm stuck with 4 crappy helmets that I'll probably never use again). What is so galling is that had I known beforehand, I would have made arrangements to borrow helmets from friends. As for the skiing, it was really quite poor -- the skis and boots they give you are absolutely abysmal - I suspect the skis haven't been re-waxed in decades. I'm a pretty good skier and have been skiing for over 30 years and yet I could barely make it down the hill without being thrown forwards whenever my skis hit even the smallest patch of slightly damp snow. The *only* positive about the whole experience was the friendly and helpful chap behind the ski counter who kindly allowed us to ski a bit longer than our allotted time because we had to waste almost 30 minutes buying the stupid helmets. Overall, it was not a great experience and I can't really recommend it to anyone.
Mask exempt does not apply here
Mask exempt does not apply here. If you cant wear a mask, do not bother trying to book as you will denied access. Try going down a slope with a visor.. Or risk an ambulance trip by wearing a mask. Management won't budge, this is ridiculous. I've waited the whole of lock down and all i said in hospital the past few months was that i wanted to walk again so I can go back to snowboarding and now im being denied access.

First time back on the snow for 40…
First time back on the snow for 40 years (since the school ski trip). Must have squeezed in on one of the last sessions before UK Lockdown No.1. As it was, the receptionist said she'd never seen it so quiet due to the whole Covid thing kicking off. That was great for myself and my daughter though as there were no queues for the drag lifts, the snow was superb with very little ice and within a couple of runs I was once more back to the no-fear skilz of my youth.
Great cafe, great gear and a bloomin' good day with masses of free parking.
Only downside would be the insanity of Milton Keynes endless roundabouts and road planning nonsense!
Can't wait to go back as soon as the Covid nonsense ease up.
